STUDENT SERVICES
Our Student Services are designed to support every learner’s academic journey and well-being. From admissions and academic records to guidance, safety, health, and campus facilities, we ensure that students have access to the resources they need to succeed and thrive within our community.
Registrar Office
This office provides information on admission course requirements, transfers and graduation, transcript of records, certificate and diplomas, clearances and certifications pertaining to academic records.
Guidance and Testing Center
Counseling and administration of entrance and other test are given in this center. It also helps in academic and behavioral problems.
Security Department
The safety and protection of student’s life as well as property is entrusted to this office.

Library Facilities
Students are encouraged to use the facilities of the library for their intellectual growth and development.
Health Services
Medical and Dental clinics are provided for and are open during class hours from Monday to Friday.

Canteen
Meals and snacks at reasonable prices are served in the canteen conveniently located within the school premises. Every student is expected to help keep the canteen clean and sanitize and to observe the standards of behavior.

General Services
This unit in-charge of cleanliness of the premises prepares the necessary materials during the school activities and repairs/ replaces defective classroom and office materials or equipment.
SCHOOL CLINIC AND MEDICAL SERVICES
Our clinic is dedicated to providing immediate, efficient, and caring medical support to students for minor injuries and common ailments during school hours.
First Aid Treatment
We provide immediate care for minor cuts, wounds, and common illnesses.
Medical Referrals
Serious injuries are stabilized and referred to hospitals when needed.
School-Related Injury Support
Injuries from school activities are assessed and treated with proper advice or prescription.
What We Don’t Cover
Injections, suture removal, and treatments needing parent intervention are not handled.

Clinic contacts guardian.
If unreachable, nurse may escort the student home (if van available and someone is home).
Clinic coordinates with Principal’s Office for gate pass.
If not clinic-initiated, parent must go directly to Principal’s Office.
If student called parent but didn’t go to clinic, gate pass still from Principal’s Office.
